As a word of crafty update, the last big embroidery project is done. It has been for a few days and I'm very happy with it. I need to get it stretched onto its frame now (it's intended for a wall hanging), so I haven't taken photos yet. So no new post. I may squeeze one last one in before Christmas, but that remains to be seen.

Non-crafty life has been full of change and very busy for the last week, and with Christmas coming as well, I don't anticipate any creative activity for a few weeks. Because I've decided to keep this blog strictly art/craft related, that means I won't be posting anything new for a while--or my posts will be erratic at best. Hopefully when the dust settles in the new year I'll be back to crafting--smaller, simpler projects for a change--and regular updating.

In the meantime, thank you for all the visits and kind words and entertaining blog posts (I'm still reading even when I'm not posting myself). Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and I'll "see" you in a few weeks.
